Post:                                      TRUST LEAD PRACTITIONER (ENGLISH)

Salary:                                   Leadership Scale L10-L14 (£48,710-£53,712)

Location:                              Haverhill

Contract type:                     Full time (part-time/job-share applicants welcome)

Contract term:                    Permanent

We are seeking an outstanding teacher with the skills, experience and other qualities to fill the newly created post of Trust Lead Practitioner, a key appointment to support the future development of our schools.   You will initially be assigned to a specific school within the Samuel Ward Academy Trust, but with flexibility to work across the Trust as required. You will play a key role in coaching staff to help individual schools achieve ambitious targets and goals and you will also participate more widely in the Trust’s action research activities.

We are seeking an outstanding teacher with the Leadership skills, experience and other qualities to lead our Maths department.   This is a key appointment to support the future development of the school and the wider Trust.   You will play a key role in creating a learning environment which inspires students of all abilities to enthusiastically engage in Maths learning and achieve their full potential.   You will also be given the opportunity to actively contribute to the school’s Leadership at a senior level.
